He is a work in progress. He was never thought to be as ready as, say, Cooper to start Week 1 of 2015.

He may develop into a quality, starting level WR, but he's not today. If he does develop as that speed option, the offense should still be fine without White. Even if Wilson struggles, they still have 4 quality options for Cutler; obviously the speed facet to the offense will be needed though.
