The Bulls have a department that handles owners requests. Tickets to game, meet Benny, Scotty...and now Toni.

Get to walk on the floor, shoot a basket, VIP in the Bards room, etc etc .....

Jerry admits to this being one of his top 3 mistakes, taking on so many investors for the Bulls.

During the Jordan years, the requests for 'favors' became so much, they created a department and person to handle it and you got billed back for your favors, it became so much. if you wanted to treat someone to a game, have the park in the VIP lot, tickets at Will call at the East gate at the UC, they did it....but you got a bill.

Toni and Scotty's job is to attend events as a Bulls rep, thats really it.

Kerry Wood is just lazy, for him to drive up from Winnetka now, aint happening on a dailyy or weekly basis for now...as I predicted. he has 3 kids, all in that 8-13 range, all into sports, I am sure his task master wife has them all (including Kerry) on a tight schedule.

Just slapping the "Amabassador" tag on a guy who played for you at one time is something another team would do. A team that takes a guy who had 300 AB's and makes him an Amassador? Didn't the Yankees start this whole "Ambassador" thing? If not, who was?

Not sure what they get paid but I saw an interview with Mikita, Hull and Esposito and they seemed very pleased when the questions about being asked to return as an Ambassador came up. It was obviously more than just the thrill of coming back. It's gotta be high end of 6 figures at least?

It's not unlike some local prep schools and their booster/alumni programs? On a smaller scale, of course.
