North/Fred with Jesse ?

I only listened for about 1-2 segments today, but was that Jesse on the show ? I think it was him, and it sounded really weird with him adding a comment about whatever the subject every 10 minutes or so. He just comes out of nowhere, throws in a comment, and goes away.

Gotcha.

It just sound odd to me to have a random voice just popping in every 10 minutes or so with a random forgetful thought.

Doesn't that describe the entire show?

Jesse is trying to find some regular work at the Score. He's got nothing to do now other than one weekend show.

He's one guy that Pappy would aprove as an add on. Jesse will kiss Pappy's ass like Fred.

Doesn't look like Pappy calls the shots anymore after sucking for years. So it doesn't matter what Pappy wants or thinks anymore.

If Mitch pulls his head out of his behind, he would send Bernstein to host mornings with Pappy, make Jessie the executive producer, Jen and Fred news and sports updates. Rock should stay where he's at.

This will free up Webber and a spot next to the Diddler. The latter has Drinky written all over it. Goff moves up to Drinky's spot as exec producer, Webber becomes the soundbite button pusher.

There you have it.

Anyone listen to John and Cisco in the morning on 560AM ? They argue with each other, but have solid topics, and I've found myself listening to that show more often.

I'll have to listen to that. I found myself listening to a lot of Dennis Prager a couple of summers ago, but I don't think he's carried by 560 anymore. Bill Bennett used to host the morning show, but he was pretty dull, so I'd listen to either Mike and Mike or (usually) WFMT in the morning. I'll try to sample John and Cisco over Thanksgiving break.

I gave Bennett a chance, but his show was horrible....Give John and Cisco a chance for a week or so, and let me know what you think. I've become a regular listener, and the amount of commericals aren't excessive either.

Haven't listened in awhile, but John and Cisco were a solid team when I listened. While they are unquestionably right wing, they at least display intellectual integrity as a matter of course. Perhaps that's why they don't have big ratings...

I like John and Cisco... but Cisco gets on my nerves.

Cisco has to analyze everything you say. You tell him that the sky is blue, and he will say, "well you know, the sky right now is in-fact, light blue." You will go on to say "yeah, you;re right, that;s what I meant." He'll still say, "but you said it was blue."
