Haven't been proven wrong on either of those two things. When someone is beating Trump, call me.

The White-pick only made sense if he played right away. If he couldn't, there was no sense in wasting that pick on a position that wasn't needful, like the many there are on defense in ILB, OLB, Corner, S. When you take White away, the Pace draft doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Bernstein was thinking wishfully yesterday about a late-round guy stepping up and beating-out a veteran. We're not even at the point yet where any of the first three '15 picks is playing, let alone a late-round guy.

Goldman is starting

That's is the biggest lie running---drafting the best player available. What a load of baloney. You draft where you have needs, because you have no one in those positions. Now the busted White-pick is haunting them, because he really wasn't necessary. It just would have been nice to have that added speed target to throw to.

Goldman is not starting. Playing one or two downs is not enough.

You could have had some stud ILB instead of White, the next Urlacher. Instead, we're stuck with Shea McClellin.

What?

The first middle linebacker was drafted 31st by the Saints.

White would be starting. Goldman is starting (your stupid reasoning doesn't change this fact) Amois is starting. Yeah bust... and we have not even played the second PRE SEASON GAME!

Settle down junior.

When they talk about White they now excuse him away by saying, "Well, he wasn't going to be ready anyway." If that's the case, why the F did you waste the pick on him in the FIRST PLACE??

Goldman will not be any impact player, just a one or two down DT. And he isn't going to start week 1.

Again, Amois being no. 1 on the depth chart is more a testament to Vereen's awfulness than Amois' talent as a player.

Pace had to draft guys to start. That was the expectation for him. So far, 0-3 with his first three picks, unless I'm proven wrong on Goldman.

 Amazing how quickly you can shift gears.

no one from draft is starting. That is shown to be false. And you shift gears to reasons why that does not matter.

You have really zero knowledge about Goldman and Amos right now. There is no way you can make any intelligent statement regarding either of them.

Why don't we have an inside linebacker by now? There's been no one since Urlacher retired three years ago. And they make McClellin the guy this year, when they could have drafted one at #7 instead of taking White? Like a said before, it's a cluster you-know-what.

I'll watch Vikings games on Sunday instead of this Bears mess.

They signed Mason Foster, a 26 year old with 54 starts at ILB, during the off season

Drafting White was essential as they traded Marshall and Jeffrey is a FA at the end of the year. It was a strong WR draft. They could have been facing a situation like the days where Devin Hester was their #1.

The situation with the receivers and the OTs is proof Pace doesn't know what he's doing. Was it not a factor in Pace's assessment of the receivers that Alshon and Wilson are never healthy? Since they are not going to contribute this season, it makes no sense to keep them on the roster so cut them.

As for right OT position, Pace drafted the center from Oregon with his third pick, when we don't have a right tackle. Now that center is going to sit for the whole season, while basically we're screwed at OT. Pure stupidity.

I give Pace an F- so far. Not only is he clueless, he's not adjusting either to what's going on this pre-season.

If Alshon hasn't been healthy so far in his career with the Bears, in the prime of his youth, then he will never be. Same goes for Marquis Wilson.

I'm calling B&B today to rip on Pace. I'm with Terry in that I have no use for him.

I had no real use for him from his tenure in New Orleans and laughed when the Bears picked him up as their new Theo.

Rube, if you're absolutely done with him you keep him rostered all year and let him sign elsewhere in the off-season. The Bears will receive at least a 5th round compensation pick.

Pace's first draft he blows a #7 overall pick on a guy who needs surgery before the first pre-season game.

his grade so far is an F and will stay that way until next year's draft.

You cannot build a successful team blowing first round picks. Period.

Ted Thompson has been ok at it for several years, mercy his first round picks leave a lot to be desired.

He didn't need surgery when he drafted him.
