North comments that he was surprised that Luol Deng turned down a contract for $50 million from the Bulls, especially since he's always trying to help his country the Sudan. And then he comments that since Deng used to live in a hut, it was even more surprising!
Since Deng's father used to be a member of the Sudanese parliament, I would assume that his home was a hella lot better than North's current one!
