The one major thing that sticks out to me about this is the lack of his brother, Reggie, being named. It's always assumed Reggie watches everything Derrick does and who we interacts with so you'd think had he at least been present in any of these encounters he would be named.

My point is if Derrick is left to his own devices this is the shit he's getting up to. It could all be bullshit too, but I thought that was odd.

It would be a shock to me if its true. Plus the bitch is just going after money. If she was going after criminal charges i would suspect something actually happened.

The majority of rapes go unreported. She should have gone directly to the hospital like Kane's alleged victim did, if she was raped and had any intention to pursue justice (as well as cash) for the crime. Having a lack of credible forensic evidence to support her, she would find it difficult to prevail in a criminal trial. However, the civil case carries a lower burden of proof and I'm guessing she was hoping for a settlement without ever going to trial. That she has handled this poorly doesn't mean it didn't happen, but it's reasonable to have doubt.

In the docs, Rose says the woman only began to get upset with him a few weeks or months later because she felt she should have been reimbursed for one of the sex toys she bought and used during the night in question.
Rose says the woman got even angrier with him because he started ignoring her texts.
The woman is suing for unspecified damages. This week, Rose said he refuses to let the lawsuit change his lifestyle.
