Pretty good.

Crusty but tender on the inside....like Mr. Reason. Nice pepper flavor on an artisan roll with some nice lettuce. I feel like this is their attempt to go against Chik-Fil-A. I liked it better than the standard C-F-A sandwich. It's like a combo of that sandwich with KFC.

I don't go to McDonald's because I hate everything on the menu but this is something I would eat again.

I'll take this as a recommendation and try it.

You should try Dunkin' Donuts chicken biscuit sandwich.

Sorry to piggyback off your thread, but I've been traversing the country in cars a lot lately and I never realized just how much McDonalds food sucks(besides breakfast). I'm not sure if other fast food options have gotten better or McDonalds has gotten worse but I don't think I've had a meal from there that registered any more than "I had food and now I'm not hungry".

Still the best place to stop for bathrooms besides the new awesome rest areas that are all the rage.

Other places have gotten better.

Fast casual is crushing McD's.

October 6th breakfast all day long is coming to McD's. Havent had non-breakfast food from there in probably 10 years.

I can definitely see a 'big breakfast' for dinner in the near future ...

Sounds good, Doc. Glad to hear they didn't jump on the pretzel bun bandwagon.

I've had it. It pretty much sucks.

But it's edible if you take the bottom half of the biscuit off and eat it open-face with the top.

Where is there one? I love Hardee's.

Got me through my job as a muffler salesman back in the day.

I know of West Chicago (North Ave and Route 59, by Menard's) and Warrenville (east side of Winfield Rd, just south of I-88).

Can't speak to the sandwich but the commercial where they fool people that it isn't McD's with a food truck was clever.

Breakfast isn't even that great any more...outside of the platters you can get (which don't work at all on the commute) their offerings range from terrible to barely edible.

Once they got rid of the McSkillet burritos it went downhill fast.

Gotta disagree here. There aren't many things in life better than a sausage mcmuffin w/ egg.

Their breakfast is alright.

Just had another one. Still good.

Tell them to go easy on the mayo. Had to scrape that excess off.

this is exactly what i assumed when i clicked on the thread to read it, so i guess some sort of self-validation-type victory is indeed mine.... huzzah!

personally i dig those $1.25ish jalapeno mcchickens because loading up the usual mcchicken fare with a metric assload of jalapenos cuz 2 of those make for a good solid <$3ish meal. all this chick-fil-a stuff is upper class chicken sandwiches cuz my one time @ a proper chick-fil-a- had me thinking "good basic chicken sandwich but a bit overpriced"

ah well with breakfast going all day starting oct 6th the game is gonna change up over there anyways.... how can you say no to mcdonalds breakfast?

Pro tip on bathrooms during road trips: Starbucks or the lobby bathroom of a hotel. The hotel one's are the best option. Some people shy away from them as they think they will be caught not being a guest. Walk in like you own the place and no one questions. The employees use those bathrooms so they keep them clean

Had Panera's turkey sausage, egg white, and spinach breakfast sandwich today. Swapped the cheddar for mozzarella. Highly recommend it!
