Apparently the Italians have developed better PEDs than we have. The women's final has two north of 30 Italian women in it.

The funbags seem alright but that face is just about a carny mustache away from Mickey Morandini.

Used to love hearing Harry Calas say Mickey Morandini's name.

I was working in highland Park today and stopped for lunch and this match was into the 3rd set on a TV there and I stayed a bit longer to watch the finish. Great job by Vinci to upset Williams.

A real pro takes a longer lunch break. For a game. That's really nice for the clients who probably wanted the job over so they could go about their day.

Wasnt that impressive , chose not to post it...

Did Mr. Williams owe any gambling debts?

the difference between the purse money Serena took home losing in the semis vs winning the tournament is about $3 million..

Plus, if she won tournament this time, she would have been the first woman to win a same season, calendar year, true Grand Slam in tennis in about 30 years....Steffi Graf being the last woman to do it.

Williams sisters don't get as much sponsor cash as maybe they should; but to cap her career with a Grand Slam would've paid financial dividends for life.

the origin story of the Williams sisters as tennis prodigies/greats began when their dad, Richard Williams, was sitting on his couch back in Saginaw, Michigan, and saw chris evert or someone win the US Open and get the same amount for winning as the male players. He and his wife already had kids from previous marriages. But he decided to have more kids, or they already had Venus and Serena came after the decision to produce tennis greats, move to Southern California and raise them to be world-class tennis players.

Since it is a commercial job in an office complex where nobody is concerned at all about what time we begin (we have keys) or end our day, that does not apply. But it's common for you to make comments on things you know nothing about.
