"DQ"is different than "Dairy Queen". Same corporate parent, but almost totally different places.

"DQ" (Grill/Chill) has a complete fast food menu, more selection than a typical McDonalds for sure. Plus they have most of the Dairy Queen ice cream products.
"Dairy Queen" just has the ice cream stuff.
(Growing up in Rockford has taught me well)

I love Dairy Queen blizzards. WAY better than similar stuff from Culver's, Coldstone, McDonalds, etc.

Dairy Queen soft serve is one of the best things on this planet.

I'm with you. My favorite of the chain ice cream places.

I like it too...but I don't think even DQ calls it "ice cream". More along the lines of ice milk I think.

"Frozen dairy product."

As for differences between Dairy Queens, I thought there were also the "Brazier" DQs that had ice cream and actual food, but weren't as stylish as the newer Grill & Chills. My old Dairy Queen was just ice cream and a very limited food menu. I've seen the Grill & Chill locations in Rockford, but why go there when there's Beef-a-Roo?

Beef a Roo is real good but if you do not get their early before the noon rush food not as good IMO

An article below shows the apparent 'tops' in sodium content per item ... the winner? Jersey Mike's Subs' "Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak" - at a staggering 7,795 mg. For comparison's sake, the FDA's RDA for sodium is 2,300 mg. At that point, why not just buy a salt lick to keep by the Lay-Z-Boy?

I am happy to say that I have never ate any of these.

Because seven is an asshole and the only single digit number who requires two syllables.

No, it's because seven is an attention-seeking asshole. I've always hated seven. Does it even realize how difficult it is when paired with a twenty or a thirty... or - God forbid - a seventy?
