As I've stated, much to Don's confusion, the Rolling Meadows' Hardee's has been "opening" for a few years as well.

That thing has been under construction for 2 years.

Yeah wtf is up with that? That fresh thyme grocery store is like five times bigger and it was built in half the time.

I don't go by there very often but I actually figured that the place must have opened, gone out of business, and closed in the couple months since the last time I'd driven by there.

In another town which I am familiar with, they were supposed to open one about a year ago. They had gone to the City Council or whoever to get whatever parking clearance they needed for a drive-thru and, a year later, not one brick has been removed from the building that is there.

Ketchup is fine in small increments.

I drive past that Hardees every day. I can assure that it has not opened as of yet.

I never ask for their ketchup packets, but have no choice on the burger.

Heinz ketchup is the best, by far. That being said, I don't like ketchup on many things at all. Burgers (with mayo and ketchup) and with fries (depends on the fries) Other than that, I don't really use it at all.

I don't like McDonald's fries...don't think I've tasted McDonald's new ketchup by itself since they got rid of Heinz.

Not great. My piece of chicken was thin and overdone. The bun was okay, but I'd prefer Wendy's / Chic-fil-A / KFC / any other chain's bun. Not enough mayonnaise.

Also smaller than a Wendy's chicken sandwich. About the same size as a Chic fil A sandwich.

Got one. Seemed fine. Decent sized hunk of meat. There's only so much a chicken sammich can be really ... which is why I continue to be baffled at folks who plotz all over themselves about, say, CfA and the like. Likely will have another at some point.

Because it's room temp.

Don't refrigerate your ketchup. It will be 10x better.

Strongly disagree but here's a message board arguing it out

Overrated and cumbersome.

The only ones that I ever thought were exceptional were at Ron Santo's old restaurant somewhere in the NW burbs.

They were heel-clicking good.

They're nothing special, sure, but at least one can easily dip them in ketchup without needing to put the ketchup in a kiddie-pool or something.

Waffle fries should be used for something like a faux nachos supreme ... a swath of 'em covered in typical potato skins fixins ... only then do they have a place and purpose in this world. Otherwise, keep it.

90% of the time, they're flimsy and undercooked. Always ask for them to crisp up your steak fries, kids.

I wont even ever bother ordering this product due to the black woman at the end of the commercial that says "Buttermilk!!??? WOO WOO" Am I suppossed to believe that was an honest spur of the moment reply to hearing that the chicken is soaked in buttermilk?
