never tried brains -- must be hog brains, since the mad cow thing banned beef brains. love tongue. I usually make a little taco out of the tripe in menudo.

La Pasadita--northern one on the west side of Ashland--had sesos/brain tacos for years. I think they even still had them after they pulled them from the menu board around 2004?

I guess brains from cattle under 30 months old are still legal. Assuming you trust the slaughterhouse how to get the birth certificate before slaughter. :lol:

Off menu item....always had them....tried them twice, not a fan.....like mush, no substance...
