They are sunk.

This is a brutal schedule that doesn't really present an opportunity to get back in to things. 1-4 with this schedule was foreseeable for even a good team.

I will watch them lose every week...it will become fun-bad at some point.

1-5 at the bye week if they're lucky and beat Detroit, just in time for people to pay attention to the Blackhawks and Bulls instead.

disappointed that nobody on defense has shown any reason why they should be around for the rebuild.

I am very excited that the Bears are well positioned for the #1 pick in the 2016 draft.

I am not very excited that Ryan Pace will be making the Bears first pick in the 2016 draft.

I knew coming in that this was going to a rough year, but damn if I'm not already sick of Fox. That's probably unreasonable at this point and if they start to win I'm sure I'll love him, but right now, I see a guy who's only here in name.

I started saying this will be the worst team in football and one of the worst Bears teams of all time before everyone else started doing it. So yea, I told you guys so.

Football is weird as hell though. Would I be surprised if this team found a way to win in Seattle? Nope. I expect them to get smashed though.

Only the bears would hire a coach with the worst super bowl loss in history. Even lovie had a better superbowl

i got in to the bears during the magical 2001 season, when game #1 was against the defending SB champ ravens i decided to watch the bears go against them and they lost by 3 or so after playing them hard all game, so i kept on watching the bears week to week and that magic 13-3 season ensued. i figured out during the eagles loss that i was a bears fan and it was like whoa shit.

but then 2002 came, the odd year that they played games in champaign. i went down for the first one and saw an inspiring come from behind 2H victory led by our jim miller... then they beat atlanta to go to 2-0, but would then go 2-12 the rest of the way out to finish 4-12. i learned really quickly in my proper-bears-fandom (i.e. i got into it as an "adult" and not just a kid watching what his dad watched) that this shit happens, that for all of those undeserved/magical victories in 01 they had just as many games they should have won in 02 but found ways to lose. that was just football for you.... tho after a 7-9 2003 (i.e. "lame dick coach duck jauron v2.0") lovie came in and gave us 7-9 to 11-5 for the most part and you forgot about the lows that can happen, but trestman reminded us pretty quickly, and now you're feeling the burn from the end of shitty angelo drafting, mostly shitty emery drafting, and we'll see what pace does.

i saw a guy @ the game sunday wearing a white jerseyshirt.... i didnt even know he was #13 =D

but yeah, this shit happens, and i suppose with fantasy football and viewing habits i'll watch cuz they're my team and all, but i'll definitely trail off in the second half of blowout games like sunday. that wouldnt happen during a normal/7-9-or-better season.

I expect no wins. But I cannot stop myself from watching the trainwreck. This coming Sunday will be utterly brutal.

This is exactly what I expected. I believe they will still find a way to go 5-11 purely to screw up their draft position.

Done? I was never really in. I have/had such a lack of enthusiasm for this team it wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't seen a single one of their games. The Bears are pretty much on my pay no mind list right now.

Yep.

My buddy and I usually watch the game every week. I couldn't last week but I stopped by later in the day. He said "I don't even feel like a Bears fan anymore. I turned it on for about 40 minutes, said screw this and went out and mowed. It's like "Do I even give a shit about this"?"

You have to hold on until Dec. 27 when they visit TB, a bloodbath for the ages between 2 teams with a combined 3 wins.

I was done when they made Shane the starting MLB, didn't release or trade Cutler and picked a WR in the first round of the draft.

What kind of message does it send when you say you want to run the ball and become an aggressive 3-4 defense and pick a WR? STUPID! I don't care if White is the next R.Moss. You can't win a championship building around a WR.

The Mccullen love is baffling to me. I just can't take this team seriously with him as their defense leader and Cutler the offensive leader. Should have never let Marshall go and then you would not have needed to pick a WR this year and could have focused on defense.

So to answer your question. Yes I am done two games in. I was done as soon as White was picked. I picked them for 1 win this year and so far they are not proving me wrong.

Not impressed with the talent level in New Orleans either?
