10 games per week to choose from and you can wager on any of the ten that week, up to $50 per game. Games will be Thursday night college game, 5 or 6 Major College Sat Games, Bears games, Sunday and Mon NFL games.

You will have a $1000 CSF Bucks Bankroll.
Each week standings will be updated and you can post your picks each week.

While bigfan loves hearing about an edge in the UNLV v Cal Poly games, we are trying to focus on those TV games. Probably a Sweatshirt to the winner.

Just put in your post which side and bet amount. No totals or parlays, just ATS. Max bet is $50 per game, these are CSF Bucks and Big Fan is the heavy around here, so there is no vig/juice on any game in this contest. The lines will be in the thread with the weekly games in it. We will use a reputable website for the lines, like srbodds forums:
NFL + CFB http://odds.sbrforum.com/

You bet, just have to make the minimum number of plays to qualify to win.

Feeling good about taking the Giants -13 for the 1st half in this game. Which means I'm gonna lose that one. oh well, have a few other wagers on the Giants tonight.

I've never really done a "1st half wager", but this line seems crazy.

-4 for the whole game, but -13 for the first half? Is that how they normally go?

No. Bovada gives you a range of 1st half, 2nd half and even full game spreads and each quarter spreads for each team. The larger the spread, the bigger the payoff.

e.g, i think tonight you could take the Redskins +1.5 for the first half at like even money and the Giants at -1.5 for the first half at -105. there might've been an intermediate first half spread too.

but Bovada does restrict your wager amount if you win more than you lose consistently and eventually give you a "timeout" if you win on dogs (or maybe overall?) and cash out and hit some magical mathematical formula they have for not being a good customer. I noticed they only banned me when I cashed out my account and didn't wager any more and then went back to try to wager and was denied (back in May when I was hitting on Tyler Johnson player props that were paying over 10 to 1 initially, and never fell below 6 to 1. They do it weird too. You can login and view your account and all of the potential wagers, but you can't fund your account or make wagers. ANd they don't tell you anything about being on timeout or banned when you call. They told me there was a problem with my funding method when I called to ask what was up.Image

here's my bovada action for tonight, losing more than winning (in terms of individual wagers) but should end the night in the black (in terms of amount wagered over amount won).

How's Eli Manning have 2 Super Bowl rings. He can't even make an accurate 7 yard throw in the flat. :x

Like Bill Simmons/the Sports Guy says, it gives you an extra level of interest in the games. I like it better than fantasy, where you're only cheering for individual players.
