he is handcuffed with no salary space, loaded vet deals, his #1 pick is done and his QB is a douche.

Its the NFL, these turnarounds can be quick. Especially when you get the benefits of 2 years worth of high draft picks, money to spend and an easy schedule...all should be in effect next year.

Will grade him next year.

I can still question what he is doing this year in regards to looking ahead, but the effects of this year wont be felt until next year.

I would start cutting veteran guys in the secondary who are just here for the check and love high fiving other teams WR's.....ROLLE!

I am trying to figure out how many legit NFL players are on this roster. I may only need one hand to count that high.

should be fired for allowing Fox to bring a special teams coach who sucked in Dinver.

I like the Fox/Fangio get. Other than the injury to his 1st rounder, I do not think his first draft was awful.

The roster, in general, is not great. But he was hamstrung by a bunch of shitty FA deals given out before he got there.

Dave Toub may be the biggest loss in recent Bears history. We went from very solid special teams to quite possibly one of the worst. I think two of the first three Seahwaks scores yesterday were directly due to special teams (a TD and FG).

amazing how Dave Toub knows all the secrets of special teams play and nobody else can figure it out.

Most ST coaches (except Toub) are either has-been's or shitty coaches who are put there because the team needed to put them some where.

I said it before, but he only gets a pass if he recognized it in the offseason, and most signs point to him not recognizing it in the offseason.

Even more amazing how bad the Bears are on special teams.

Bigfan, those high draft picks mean jack shit if you don't draft any good players. White might turn out to be good yet, but he plays a useless position for a team that needs everything -it was a dumb pick.

And the rest of the players he drafted are just guys, Langford could be something maybe, but that's about it.

Pace is another idiot in a growing line of idiots. And I've seen enough idiots roll through now to get better and quicker at identifying them. Pace was a bad hire.

Really good QB, STUD WR...Maybe best in the NFL....its a good start.

And I am not saying it cant be done, but they are light years ahead of the Bears.

best players on this Bears team will be out of football in 2 years. Thats a problem

Can you even fill two hands with Emery draft picks?

The way the Saints look is deeply troubling though for the Bears moving forward.

They look to be 13-3 for sure.

What a cakewalk.
