You get a Joe Cowley report on Rose and its that he has his heads in the cloud, he doesnt think about anything, its all BJ and Reggie telling him what to say and do before every interview.

Then you get KC Johnson and D Rose is aware of everything being said about him and who is saying it, he has his own thoughts and ideas and he supports this because he has known D Rose way before he came to the Bulls at Simeon. lol....and there is the flaw! While he might have known of D Rose and maybe did a story or interviewed, he didnt KNOW D Rose...and I am quite sure he didnt follow him to Memphis, so this great , long relationship that KC often relies on, never existed, unless KC was D Rose's SAT test taker? or D Lee!

I'm currently trying to put away enough for a new smartphone that's under $200, so shit like this makes me hate these guys making stupid money to play a game. And I think there will be some great push-back against what players make, someday in the future.


I worked at a drug rehab with kids from where he came from. He exhibits every poor character trait that I saw in most of those kids. And the worst part is, you just know he is regurgitating the shit he hears from the people in his circle. I think he is a simple guy who is easily molded.

If anyone ever needed to sever ties with that broken victim mentality, me against the world garbage, it was him. He's a shell of what he could have been both on and off the court.

Cowley was sitting in for Spiegel one day during The Big Purple Two Week Disappearing Act a few weeks ago.

They were talking about DRose and a caller blasted Cowley and his reports regarding Rose. I don't recall exact details but the caller was very angry and passionate. When the call was over, Cowley said it was Reggie Rose using a fake name.

i wonder if he'll want to go to LA to play with the lakers after kobe, or maybe even 1yr with kobe if rose is a FA after this year or maybe even next year if kobe thinks he has 2 left. he loves to spend time in LA in the offseason and maybe he'd like to have nice warm winters by default while getting a bunch of $$$ to run for another big franchise that always tends to do well since its in the best interests of the NBA to have a strong lakers franchise.

Is there any doubt these two don't really care for each other?

The question is, who is the man not only his teammates his eyes but Holberg's as well? I think both can and will be successful in the new offensive scheme, but it'll definitely be interesting as to who is controlling the ball late in the 4th quarter.

I like Butler more and more.
