not good, but better

This would have been a brutal stretch for any team.

Whenever Cutler gets healthy. This really shows how valuable he is. He's the solution and clearly not the problem.

Hopefully it doesn't. The goal is to get the #1 pick.

I can't see how the Raiders lose without Cutler playing.

Bears would get better if the team plane crashes on their way to the next game

Quinn still wouldn't complete a pass.

Sure it could. They have been within striking distance at the end of each first half.

didn't krenzel have a winning record as a starter here? i know he won his first 3 at least.... and hell didnt hutchinson have an inspirational win over the vikings too?

the problem isn't the coaching. i thought in week 1 the team looked like it was noticeably better coached, just not good enough personnel wise to compete with the pack.... and then against the cardinals despite that kickoff and the long PI calls they kept fighting back until cutler threw that pick-6 and was out of the game. and then last week vs seattle they had a really good gameplan and did just about everything you could expect them to do against seattle despite having no offense to speak of.... if they had their normal offense they definitely have a chance last week, maybe even in week 2. but now they're getting extra motivation to tank it so herewegooooooo!!!!!!!

Each and every Bears player should be on the trading block. That includes Doug Buffone, Mike Ditka and Dick Butkus.

It would also be great if some team was dumb enough to trade for Cutler, but I don't know if there are any out there besides the Bears.

I thought we were over the hapless backup QB phase? We were supposed to have learned from Quinn, Krenzel, Collins, etc., that's why I thought we signed people like Griese and Campbell. Clausen shouldn't have been allowed on the plane back to Chicago.

I agree with Sini. John Fox didn't come here and become stupid. This roster blows but I still think the O-Line is better than average. RB's are a strength,FG guy and punter, too.

When you get down to it, the "median fit" QB for the Bears was Jim Miller. But we have to deal with Cutler, Clausen and Fales. Might as well see what he can do before the season's over...

Oakland is going to whip our ass, it only gets better if we move Forte for a 4th and Bennett for a 4th. Stockpile picks and draft well next year.

The problem with this line of thinking is that it only gets better if they win. They've gotten a bit of a pass thus far (even in your post) due to the teams they've lost to. Losing to Oakland does not qualify as "better".

So long as Cutler starts. If Clausen or Fales is your starter, I'll give the Bears 10 points.

I'm not sure that the defense has done enough to expect them to score 10 points this week.

The Bears will not beat Oakland, it doesn't matter who the QB is. Worst team in football.
