When I was on Love Cruise we stopped at a Senior Frogs on some small island for a night off of filming for the cast and crew. Anyone who used a credit card that night got their card info stolen and abused for $1000s.

The problem is that nothing I said indicated I thought there would be charges, and logically if a few pages back if I specifically stated that there wouldn't be any charges, do you think I meant there would be charges but then it wouldn't get to trial?

I mean, come on. Even shakes seems to have accepted it.
It's not a difference though. We both thought there wouldn't be charges. Your point seems to be that because I didn't use the exact phrase no charges, and instead that I used "no trial" that it was significantly different.

Just a strange battle for you to choose and continue to fight here.

Anyways, on page 72, and every page after, I don't believe that charges will happen. I apologize if I didn't state that clear enough for you but now you know.
