They do need to make a lot of changes. They could start with getting rid of Ben Wallace.

It makes absolutely no sense to say the players arent NBA material. They havent played well so far but this is the same team that did very well last year. I think they will turn it around, I have never ever seen a professional team that was so young all of a sudden just lose all their talent. I doubt thats the case here. Its annoying to go through this kind of start every year, but you cant tell me they are playing worse than last year's 0-9 start.

I just wonder when we are going to begin to hold John Paxon accountable for THIS team. Yes, he did a great job building a competitive team after he took over for Jerry Krause, but the Ben Wallace signing is terrible and the biggest complaint I have against Paxon is that other GMs are able to get allstar and superstar players on their team and he isn't. We can all see in the Boston Celtics this year why you trade your young talent for allstars.....it makes you a championship contender immediately. Paxon has failed to do this when other GMs are able to do this. When are we going to hold him accountable for that???????

Definitely all true. Pax seems content with making the playoffs and being a decent team the next 10 years. His failure to land KG or Kobe at a very reasonable price(and for some reason some fans were actually in favor of this) stands out like a sore thumb. This team doesnt need to be blown up, they need to get back on the phone with Mitch and do whatever the hell it takes. Hell even Jermaine Oneal is available.

True Boston is good this year & maybe next, but as Gm he is accountable for now & the future. Don't blow it up but no doubt tune it up.

I don't know if Skiles is the problem here. I think the talent on the floor just is not NBA material. They have maxed out their potential. Time for a change.

Blow this bitch up.

I'm starting to come around to this way of thinking. It seems to me that, perhaps this team was just over-acheiving in a weak NBA filled with far too many teenagers, and now as the NBA has recovered somewhat, the Bulls' hustle is no longer sufficient to win. They clearly look out-gunned.

The numbers would actually suggest that they underachieved last year with only 49 wins. If you compare their points for/points against, they average out to about 55 wins. Not my math, John Hollinger's from ESPN.com.

I'm still not writing them off yet. NOt because of anything I've seen this year (they've all been awful), but because of the recent history.

Holy mother of God!

This team is an absolute eye-sore. Watching them on offense is vomit-inducing.

Absolutely horrible.

Don't let this little hot streak of Ben Gordon fool you.

This team fucking sucks.

Weak smack. Ben is suited great for his current role. they played without arguable their best player and almost beat one of the hottest teams in the NBA.

Its time for Kirk to go. He sucks offensively and is overrated defensively.

Luol not playing the 2nd half is the only reason this game was even close for the Bulls. Joe Smith filled in for Deng and scored more points in the 2nd half than Deng ever does.

You guys are totally missing the point.

Blow it up.

They blew up the team after 98 and barely won more than 20 games for seven years in a row. This team doesnt need to be blown up, fuck going through that shit again. They definitely need to make a trade or two, but blowing up the team is a little overboard.
