I almost forgot about Mini Ditka. In his honor, we have a food questionnaire.

What is your favorite hot sauce and why?

I'm a simpleton. I'll go standard tabasco.

Cholula seems weak to me. I can drench food in it and I don't even taste it. It seems more like taco sauce than true hot sauce.

Used to be a Tabasco guy for years but I've made the change over to Franks. Just has a
better taste to it on the sandwiches and dishes I use it on. I certainly have no problems
with Cholula and use it at most Mexican restaurants I frequent but don't have it at home.

I used to really go for the stuff that was hot and spicy but maybe in my old age I like
something with a little bit of kick but the taste is more important to me than the burn.

I like Red Hot also.

Our 8 year old loves hot sauce so we have about 5 different kinds.

It seems like I just started eating hot sauce frequently. I used to eat it occasionally, but now it's almost every meal.

I even put it on my shoes!

I got turned on to an awesome sauce at Heaven on Seven called Hot Bitch on the Beach. Garlicy but not overwhelming. Heat that enhances rather than destroys. Love that stuff.

I became fond of Trappey's in the army. Was on every tabel to cover the slop we ate.
