Don't count those chickens (Dodgers leading now 5-2) before they hatch. As much as Kershaw and Greinke already pitched and the rotation gets significantly weaker for the Dodgers in 3 & 4, they have an offense good enough to take one of those games before Kershaw would pitch game 5. Anyone's series.

He can fly, but he showed terrible baserunning for the first half of that play. Two outs and he's slowing down to look over his shoulder to see where the ball is. The shitty announcers only mentioned his speed and great slide, without mentioning the fact he should have been able to go in standing up had he been sprinting from the get-go.

Both would've lost with the offense only scoring 1 run (game 1).
Both would've won with the offense scoring 5 runs (game 2).

So yes, it didn't matter who the Dodgers started in game 1.
