I worked out hard last week, but I still can't believe I lost weight with all of the food I ate on Thursday and then leftovers the rest of the weekend. Possibly a good sign for things to come if I can stay disciplined until Christmas.

First time in about 25 years that I lost weight the week of Thanksgiving.

90 minutes on the bike during the Kansas Mizzu game pushed me through that 200lb plateau.
(mental note: pick up a new bike seat and some Tucks)
Unfortunatelly, the only reminders of a six pack, are the empties in the recycling bin
