Same with Price, he's a great regular season pitcher who's earned his stripes in the A.L. but gets shelled in the post season.
I think its Greinke or Zimmerman, Gallardo is a nice consolation prize..he's as good as Lester @ half the cost.
I think Greinke presents some problems as he is 32. You already have Lester who will be 32 as well at the start of the year. That sets up the strong possibility of bad and immovable contracts in the not to distant future.
The best route for the Cubs would be to trade for established young pitching. Moving Schwarber and/or Castro while the market is high would be the move I would suggest.
