Not sure about that...

Jamarcus Russell, Mike Vick, Kyle Boller, Jeff George, Kordell Stewart, Jay Cutler, Michael Bishop, Colin Kaepernick, and Jake Locker can all make that throw, and I wouldn't want any of them.

And for each of the guys you named there are 10 guys drafted who have "the makeup" to play QB, great vision, leadership, smarts, mobility,tec...but because he cant throw a 20 yard out route the defense plays in a 15 yard box and they end up playing golf with Peter Tom Willis, Andre Ware, Tim Couch, Baby McNown, Matt Barkley, Geno Smith, Ponder, Gabbert...

of course being able to make 1 throw doesnt make you an NFL QB, but I do know not being able to make that throw, makes it very unlikely you will be a good NFL QB. And to be clear...that throw is on a line, not a wounded Duck.
