Do you recall your HDL/LDL ratios?

I do. 74 HDL/98 LDL. The LDL is the one that came down since cutting out portions. Dropping 35+ pounds was the real benefit.

Gay, I don't mind older women, but your grandma and her friends, however hot, do not interest me. You keep puffing on those cigars, and you'll be six feet under before me.

I probably had some form of red meat nearly everyday. Typically if we had hamburgers, I would eat two. Chili on Sundays for football. Steak regularly on business trips or at dinner.

I cut down on portions, started using ground turkey and chicken for things like chili and burgers.

I purposely avoided the pills. The nice side benefit to reducing intake was the immediate weight loss.

Denis, you are seriously probably the most boring person on this board. Just stultifying.

I'd much rather hang with Denis than at BRick's house in suburbia drinking tap water (it's cheap!) and watching football on TV.

Ground turkey goes really well in chili, I've found. Good call.

Yes.

You couldn't hang with me for 10 minutes.

A 50y man has 0.68% risk colorectal cancer in next 10y. Eating processed meat increases it to 0.8%

Havent made Chili with beef in at least 10 years, probably longer. Key is to cook the turkey first and then the seasoning goes in on the meat alone, cook that together, then put in everything else.

I can't wait for some dick in City Hall to propose a tax on all meat products to curb consumption for our betterment.

ground turkey meat is OK if you use smoked leg/thigh meat.

If the pigs had guns in the first place, we wouldn't have this cancer problem.

I wouldn't trust Hawg to shoot straight.

That's the reason you get an automatic with fully loaded clips, just start shooting whereever.
