i'm pretty sure when charlie sheen introduced "duh, #winning" into our culture this is not what he had in mind.

now if IMU ended up getting fired from his job and kept 2 pornstars on retainer for the next 3 months while going on the mother of all coke binges, then, duh, #winning comes to mind. finding 2 sliders you paid for 4-5hrs ago =/= winning, it's kinds of like cricket/soccer/hockey where you battle back to get a come-from-behind draw.
