Double dough is one of those self explanatory deals. The crust is double thick.

How the meat is seasoned is important, and often overlooked.

When I form my own patties, I add salt, pepper, chili powder, and some Worcestershire sauce. Cook it to medium, and throw a thick slice of Muenster cheese on top. Giddyup.

The butter crust on a Lou's pie is so radically different than any other crust. It is an exception to the double bread rule.

Being Lou's I certainly would consider an exception. But not for a place that to make it work, you also have to put in a double order of bacon. Why not just get a BLT?

Make sure it doesn't conflict with Whiskey & Cigars III.

There's nothing I like better than going on vacation and eating at the same places I have right in my own backyard the rest of the year...

Frank you strike me as the kind of guy who doesnt really try a variety of things, you seem like the kind of sticks to the same old thing.

Next, I never stated I was eating there and I never stated it was for a vacation.

When did it become a thing for kids to dip their pizza in ranch dressing?

5-10 years ago...I think at that point it is longer legally called Pizza.

No Margaritas Pizza or Italian Fiesta on your list. That tells me you don't go south for pizza.

Might as well be eating chicken fingers, if you need to dip it in ranch dressing. Or something else from the kids menu.

 Says the guy with his own 100+ pizza ranking, of which most are on the North side of Chicago. You will pimp your own unofficial rankings and in the same breath utter something like "all breakfasts are the same" and that "Juan makes a good batch of hashbrowns."

Variety is clearly the spice of your life. The irony here is as thick as Lou's bland tomato paste.

I've never see Frank whip bigfan with such reckless abandon. And bigfan just has to take it. It is well documented how he refuses to try suburban fare....and that he dislikes entire groups of foods.

Harry Caray would have had some fun with that name.

bigfan is trying to switch the topic. Poorly. He understands the hypocrisy of thinking all "breakfast food" (like it is one type of dish) is the same yet is able to uniquely describe and rank 100 types of pizzas all made within a 20 square mile area.

Bigfan...how do your taste buds work so differently than normal folks'?

Just to clarify, are these insults?
