What's your problem with Brooks? He can shoot and protects the ball far better than Rose....doesn't he?

Brooks doesn't pass, he plays 1 on 5 ... Rose is easily the best guard on the team.. His jumper will get better when he loses the mask.

He hasn't played with a mask his entire career and his jumper has been awful.

Neither Brooks or Moore are exactly pass first guards and they are far less talented. He made a few drop off passes. I actually like the fact that he is attacking the rim. That is an encouraging sign.

I don't. This isn't 2010. He isn't attacking to pass he is attacking to shoot terrible shots. He shouldn't shoot the ball more than 14 times. The Bulls have guys who can put the ball in the basket. Butler and Gasol should always shoot more.

Whether it's 2010 or not is irrelevant. He is light yrs better than the 2 journeymen guys currently backing him up. You can't bench him with that being the case.

I don't think his jumper has been THIS awful. I wouldn't be able to do shit with that thing on.

Bull guy suggested that and you agreed with him thus I thought you were advocating benching Rose.

Noah has to start. I like Mirotic but at this stage he makes an excellent 6th man.

Taj is back! He should be starting, McDermott should be like the 8th or 9th man.

how many of those 12 footers off the glass from the left side has rose hit tonight.

Dougie McEuroBuckets comes in the game to let the other team back in or to let them take a lead.

No, No, no! Noah can't handle the minutes. At this point in his B'ball life he should never go over 20 min.

Miro is good and will get better....Noah is fair and will get worse.

Nice finish for Rose after the horrible start.

OKC was playing their 5th games in 7 days and clearly were dragging, but give Rose his due.

Nice win.

He makes $20M a year. I'm not giving him his due for having a good quarter. He shot the ball 90 times and his post game interview was arrogant and selfish as usual.

Surprisingly, no one is wearing a sweater in that photo.

During the Jordan years, I believe those were mandatory if you had seats that close.

Rose confirmed my thoughts last night. He said he never really got his blood pressure up since his face injury until that 4th quarter last night. It was obvious. His whole body language changes when his heart is pumpin. He played great at the end of the game and thats why we won. Expect more to come of that... He will be back to 20/10 no doubt.

I guess this is what you meant by innate understanding. You can't move Rose with that contract. I'm sure you knew this but I found it necessary to reiterate.

I assume he was talking about trading Noah, We should do it now before he's injured. Rose is probably the most untradeable player in the NBA besides Kobe.

Any player is tradeable.

Memphis has one year left in their window, before players' upcoming free agency causes their window to close. Let's give them two 'last years' with a stronger team in the West.

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=put3z88

MEM gets:

Rose

CHI gets:
Conley
Green

This improves both teams for this year, and allows for a change of scenery that lets Rose play in the less physical West, and allows the Bulls to improve the flow of their offense with Butler as the true leader, and it gives them a more reliable starting SF. Bulls get $$ to rebuild the team under Hoiberg's image a year early.

Memphis would be fucked this year and next as soon as Rose gets injured...he's untradeable.

If that trade is truly on the table the Bulls have to seriously consider it. They would have to pull the trigger on that. Conley is an underrated guard. He may be better than Rose right now. He is definitely more consistent. Green provides them a legit starting caliber forward though he is currently not starting in Memphis.

The West is not less physical than the East either. You are about 15 years behind the times on that one. IMU you have to step your game up.

It's not on the table. Rose isn't going anywhere until at least 2017. That summer, he'll either resign with Bulls or sign a new deal with the Lakers.
