I generally think Burt is a douche but I was amused watching him running around with a shit-eating grin on his face after that game. I liked the balls out move to go for the win in overtime. Plus, Ole Miss is the most cheating wannabe program this side of Baylor so fuck them. Bulimia's not looking healthy. I think he's put on about 50 pounds since taking the Arky job.

Burt is eating well, and I wanted him to go for 2 with 53 seconds left when we scored, it was very clear to me that we were not going to stop them from scoring. Brandon Allen played his ass off too, great game for him and maybe the best QB in the SEC.

Let's not go nuts.

He's been good the last 3 weeks.

Look at his numbers, and to be fair, QB is not the best position in that conference.

He has completed 64.9% of his passes, thrown for 2476 yards and has 21/5.

The Central Michigan cheerleaders were just warned by the referee to "not interfere with the snap by making noise".
Not kidding.
The announcers just about lost it.

Anyway, GO TOLEDO. I don't say that often.

Kaneland's very own Blake Serpa was doing some work for CMU at the DE position (2). He might have a chance to be drafted on day 3 and will at least be an UDFA.

I have a hard time cheering for Kaneland grads in the state of Michigan.

Updated CFP rankings:

1 Clemson
2 Alabama
3 Ohio State
4 Notre Dame
5 Iowa
6 Baylor
7 Stanford
8 Oklahoma State
9 LSU
10 Utah
11 Florida
12 Oklahoma
13 Michigan State
14 Michigan
15 TCU

My thoughts:
1. The top 3 are a lock if they win out, obviously.
2. The Iowa ranking this week is bizarre. They beat Indiana and moved up. The committee is obviously setting the stage for "whoever comes out of the B1G tough division, and then beats 'highly rated' Iowa is in the CFP", even if they have a loss in the next month.
3. I also have a bad feeling that if Oklahoma and ND win out, Oklahoma gets in over ND, which would be insane.
4. The sleeper team to get in the top 4 right now is...................... UTAH. They win out, they could be in with not much help, IMO.

Well they have a kid at UW Platteville shredding defenses at the WR position and someone that apparently walked on at Iowa. You can cheer for them. There won't be any left in MI after this year. One is a SR and the other might be in demand with the ridiculous amount of job openings.

As long as scumbag urban and his shit sandwich schedule lose a game and exit the final 4 I am good with everyone else.......even scumbag Kelly and ND.

God help the big team that signs the stylish adulterer from Kalamazoo.

For Iowa see Fat Clemenza Alvarez. Lots of internet talk about Barry and Tom Osborne being the swinging dicks in that room. Alvarez is a Nebraska alumnus (played there when Osborne was an assistant) and a former ND and Iowa assistant. I don't think the Iowa thing matters because they will probably lose in the B1G title game, maybe even to the Gophers this weekend. Clemson still has to beat North Carolina in the ACC title game. Not an easy task. Gene Chizik is probably getting the Broyles award for what he has done with UNC's defense. Baylor is done. No running game with this new quarterback. If Oklahoma doesn't beat them somebody else will.

The reality is Iowa controls their own destiny. They win out and they will be in the playoff.

When you look at the rankings a bit closer, you have some interesting facts that support the possibility of Iowa being the final 4 (if they take care of business).

Iowa has defeated two top 25 teams, both on the road. (NU and UW).
Alabama is 2-0 versus top 25 teams with one home win and one neutral site win and a loss to a team outside the top 25. They have #17 MSU this weekend on the road before they finish with Charleston Southern (are you kidding me?) and Auburn.
Baylor has beat no one of importance and will go through the meat grinder the next 3 weeks playing OU, OSU and TCU.
Stanford's best win is against a two loss UCLA and lost to NU in week 1. They still have to play ND and likely Utah in the Pac 12 championship.
OK State has the nice win against TCU but still has to play OU and Baylor.

So Iowa plays North Texas and you want to get upset about Alabama playing Charleston Southern?
