I have never been a turkey guy, it was just always to dry for me. Now, the last couple of Thanksgivings I have gone to they have deep fried a turkey and that has been damn good. But I am a ham guy, always have been and always will be.

turkey isn't that great, but it has scarcity value. Ham is much better. though stuffed ham with gravy on top doesn't work as well.
