And he still isn't. He may not be the third best power forward on the team. You've had to wait a yr and a half to make this proclamation. Don't normally watch, but caught the last quarter. That was some really, really bad basketball toward the end .

Gasol can't get off the ground, and can't run. Painful to watch.

Encouraging signs from the offense the last two games but the defense was bad last night. Offensive rebounding killed them also. Noah and Gasol are the only two Guys that can control the backboards. Rose played bad defensively against Barea. They had to switch Butler over to him. Rose actually appeared to care last night and the offense looks better when he is conducting it.
He turned it over down the stretch but he was the one making plays prior to that.

I still honestly believe this team makes the Eastern Conference Finals.

As up and down as they've been all year long, this is still a talented roster as constructed.

Hoiberg may have something with Mirotic playing the three. He is at least a scoring threat as opposed to Snell. With Taj and Snell they had two non scorers and if Rose isn't giving them much they are trying to win games playing 2 on 5 a lot of nights. Rose has looked better the last 2 games. More aggressive and the offense has an extra gear to it. He is the best shot creator on the team.

I think this an Eastern Conf. Finals team too. Cleveland is also not invincible either. At full strength that will be a helluva series.

Bulls lost to them without Love and Irving. No way Bulls win against a Cleveland team at full strength. That's assuming the Bulls make it that deep into the playoffs.

Irving played but he was less than a hundred percent. Gasol missed 2 games both Bull losses and wasn't a hundred percent in game 6 either. Love isn't that much of a factor. He doesn't impact games that much. He is playing better this yr though. I'm not saying the Bulls are favored but they were extremely close to going up 3-1 last yr. J.R. Smith and Shumpert also played extremely well against the Bulls. They were difference makers in that series and no shows against G.S. They aren't really that good. The Knicks gave them away for nothing and are better because of it. The Bulls aren't going to be dominated by Cleveland. It will be a series.

I agree with Matches and LTG. This team has the talent to go deep in the playoffs and I still expect them to.
