I would squash you like a bug.

Would be all too easy.

Down 16 pounds after today. Really happy about that cause I figured I would plateau all week and not lose any weight after last week's big drop so it was nice to see an additional 2.5 pounds leave the body this week.

I'm at 202, getting very close to the 190s. Probably another week will put me over the top. I think I only have 5 more days on the cleanse, but I have enough of the shake mix to extend by another week or two if I have to. Really want to get to 195, but not sure I want to keep doing this for 2-3 more weeks.

Pretty cool though, I'm noticeably faster on the ice these days. Faster isn't the right word, I'm less slow.

Quit Effexor (went crazy for a while), stopped eating like a pig, below two hundred for the first time in a long time. Lost 40.

Starting to put it on again, though, so....

I survived Halloween. I'm not under 185 anymore but still under 190. I need to survive 2 more months. If I can be under 190 by January I am going to have a great 2016.

Never allow yourself to be swell-shamed.

And remember this, the day you started lifting is the day you became forever small.

Didn't hop on the scale for a while, wanted to wait till a week after Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised to see I had lost a pound in those 3 weeks (post and prior Tgiving). Down to 201. Holidays are making it tough, but I would be very happy to enter 2016 at 201, even 202. Planning to hit it hard and possibly do another cleanse after the new year. Goal weight is 195.

We're gonna need a 2016 thread. Started to get into the 210's again which bother me. Working two jobs and bad eating habits are catching up.

So, I ran away from this thread midyear as I committed to gluttony around July. I finally stopped the bleeding the week before Thanksgiving and have been doing fairly well since then, though it was a little too late to fully erase the gluttony.

Final Numbers:

Weight: 298 (59 lb loss)
Bench: 335 (down from 355 midyear, but I'll still take it).
Squat: 255
Deadlift: 325
Seated Military: 255

Those numbers are still sorta upside down, but I'm still pretty happy with them given I never really squatted or deadlifted at all before this year.

So in the end, I went from weak morbidly obese guy to fairly strong fat guy. 2016 I'm shooting for very strong ideal weight guy. Now, I'm gonna go catch up on the last several pages and see what I missed!

You're right I'm going to bring in 2016 right. I've ballooned to 218. Going to get to 205 by Feb 1 and 199 by Valentines Day.

Of course I'm right. But I have faith in you, if you ever want to throw some iron around at the Temple of Swole or possibly run on a beach just let me know.

Ending the year at 188. If I don't do anything foolish I should be in peak shape by the summer.

At one point in the year I was down 50lbs. I am at about 40lbs lost right now.

The holidays have been hard, but still pretty happy with the progress.

Gotta get refocused.

I know its 2016 but fuck it.

It's been nearly 3 weeks. Was 230, now 212 and it keeps falling. My gut and lovehandles are still fat, so it looks like that will be the last to go which is fine.

Trying to get to 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift and 12:00 2 mile by April 1st. I'm pretty close on the bench (185 lbs max) and squat (265 lbs max) but the 2mi and deadlift is going to be tough. Goal weight is probably around 180, but I'll play that by ear.

What's your 2 mile time right now?

I cannot run 2 miles. Running 1 mile would probably wipe me out. I just wrapped up week 2 of Couch to 5K, so with 6 weeks to go on that it'll be mid-March when I'm done. That gives me two weeks to train hard on my 2mi. It's by far my most ambitious goal.

You should make it...dropping the weight helps a lot and just push yourself a little harder each run and you'll break through
