Those trade talks with Phoenix should be ratcheting up since he is playing so well. Maybe Phoenix would be willing to up the ante on the proposed P.J. Tucker trade. Maybe they will up the offer from P.J. Tucker to Archie Goodwin. Even better maybe the Clippers will do a Lance Stephenson for Taj trade now that Griffin is out.

He does everything else better than Taj. though. Better rebounder, shot blocker, passer, defender and ball handler. He also runs the floor better too. Have you tried watching Taj. run up and down the court. His knees are shot. Plus he is a ball stopper on offense.

Taj Gibson has very little value. The Bulls have been shopping him for over a year and can't seem to find any takers. That is the best indicator I can find with regards to his value.

Noah passes more because he has to, he can't shoot..he fumbles the ball on drives to the hoop its embarrassing.. Blocks? Noah ain't a shot blocker, Taj really isn't either but he's better than Noah.

Noah is the heart and soul of this team (my favorite player) and he's the 3rd best player when healthy. His contract will may make him difficult to deal even though it's expiring. I wouldn't trade him if I planned on making the playoffs. Taj and Mirotic should be the primary choices for trade.

Taj still gives you everything he has. Offensively it's just isn't as good as it was several years ago. He can't jump.

No he isnt. Noah has avg. about 2 per game for his career. Taj. less than 1. Noah also alters more shots at the rim and he is regarded as one of the 3 best passing centers in the game. The Ball stops when it gets to Taj. If I see him try that back down move in the post one more time. He never scores unless it's a tip in. He will occasionally known down a 12 footer but it's so rare you never notice.

The Bulls also tend to get beat on the glass because of Taj's lack of size. He really is an undersized 4 with a limited skill set. That is the main reason that I was always opposed to him being a starter.

He provides effort but then you get in the playoffs and everyone provides effort, as Tristan Thompson did last yr. You are not going to be able to outwork everyone. You have skill or you become a liability.
