My understanding is that the station already operates on a shoestring marketing and administrative budget, so it will be interesting to see if further cuts will be made there.

This is a really really good day for this station after, frankly, some difficult and uncertain times, and a lot of discussions, I think, not only credit to Andre Fernandez, credit to you for the work you did in a very short sort of audition here where there were a lot of very critical people that were obviously pleased. And to the bosses, who were sensitive to a lot of things to a fault, and were very, very Zimmerman-friendly, in a lot of ways, almost to a fault, and have made something that I think is really going to work. And it's a terrific day.

Like I said yesterday, as much as many of us have been hoping for change at the top at WSCR, be careful what we wish for as this may not be change we can believe him. We shall see what we shall see.

i hear him infrequently enough to where the initial shock of his voice can still be overwhelming. i suppose if i heard him more i could get past it. i'm not used to his schtick either...sometimes he comes off as trying too hard to be controversial.

Amy Lawrence's voice is more annoying to me for some reason.
