I was really surprised how decent Jay was this year. We didn't lose games this year because he was our quarterback which is a big step up for Jay. I 1000% put this on Gase as he's been the only one to get through to Jay the 7 years he's been here. Sad thing is we'll be back to shitty Cutler and a $16 million a year qb that ranks about 20th in the league.

I am by no means a Cutler apologist, but does everything he learned while Gase was the OC leave Cutler's brain the minute Gase signs on the dotted line in Miami?

I hope I'm wrong but I really think Jay thrived this season under the daily support and counsel of somebody he trusted, respected and supported him.
