Which jingle is better: the Boat Show or the All-Canada Show?

These commercials for Obamacare claiming that "most people can find policies for under $75 a month" have to be complete bullshit, don't they? Under the ACA, policies cannot have a maximum lifetime benefit, and cannot refuse pre-existing conditions. If there is a policy for under $75/mth that meets those two rules, I'd like to see it.

I'm looking forward to the AFC and NFC Championship games on Sunday but am not looking forward to seeing the Peyton Manning/Nationwide commercials and the VW/Beth commercials umpteen times.

And fuck everyone who does a MyPillow commercial.

There's a Bob Rohrman commercial where he sings a song to the tune of Love and Marriage. He sounds like he's drunk, and it's pretty awkward and cringe inducing.

Also, I CANNOT BELIEVE they are still running the Cicco Chicks commercials with those awful women singing.

Heard this today for the first time. It sounds like he's stroking out :( Who the hell thought this was fit to air?

looking at tad's queasy feelings for the nationwide commercial, i'm going to make the blanket statement that this trend of "bad singing" commercials is the most cringe inducing thing ever. i've watched those compilations of ads on youtube from the 70's-90's and nothing comes even close to the awful "nationwide is on your side" sung by manning mashups, the "like a good neighbor statefarm is there" ear stabbings, "getting to know you" that makes me want to punch a baby pony, and even the "we are farmers" jingle makes me wish for the return of the black plague.

now, lump that in with the "i'm never letting go" commercial, and i think you have the equivalent of alex's "a clockwork orange" viddies.

I've long since come to the determination -as a result of dickpill ads alone- that, if given the opportunity to release a humanity-destroying virus à la "Twelve Monkeys," I'd unhesitatingly do so.

There's a commercial with what looks to be a 10-year-old girl sloppily eating toaster strudel in slow motion that is quite disgusting...not to mention a little creepy. Guys like Jared Fogel probably watch that on a continuous loop.

There's a commercial for Mountain Dew where dubstep DJs make dubstep remixes of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" inspired by flavors of Mountain Dew.

I have rarely been more puzzled by a commercial than this one.

Holy crap, I just watched that. It's beyond creepy. Especially when she licks the gooey frosting.

That BMO commercial with the chick saying "the robot or whatever just acknowledged that I called it automated". She really bugs me.

I didn't notice them before President's Day, but now that it has passed, it seems at least three different car dealers are running corny President's Day ads.

I do crack a smile at the Bottle & Bottega commercial where the woman says "they really offer the full package," the joke being that this place of business is a thinly veiled excuse for book club moms to drink wine and look at dongs. It's so much classier than the Industrial Strip, you know?

Why is there a commercial for Speedway gas station pizza using the Russian theme from the Nutcracker Suite?

And this American Family Insurance commercial with the woman sailing around the world by herself, but her husband and kids are with her in spirit, just like her high school geography teacher.

At least that story had an element of danger (though it's probably made up anyway)...how about the one where the guy drove his car though all 48 states and his friends said he was "crazy" for doing something like that -- I didn't know driving across state lines was a hazard.

I hate all those insurance commercials filmed in front of the Statue of Liberty. Especially the one with the bitch who named her car "Brad". But I will say the woman in the one with the black couple may have the greatest set of hooters I have ever seen.

Or how his mom used to read him maps like they were storybooks.

Mom: And Route 9 goes up, up, up, through the mountains!
Son: Mom, I heard that at that library they let you borrow real books for free. Can we try that?

I mean, there's one for starting a music school. I get that, because you would take out insurance in starting a new business. Is there I'm-going-on-a-long-stupid-trip insurance?

The new wave soup commercials.

The young girl who tells her hard working husband the "flame is out" when he walks in the door.

Something about her 'tude in that spot really annoys the hell out of me.

The Schick commercial where five guys are waiting for job interviews. Five bald guys' portraits are on the wall & one of the prospectives has the bright idea to go shave his head. The bald interviewer comes out & the four unshorn guys all groan.

Did I mention the color of every guy in the commercial?

In the new iPhone 6s commercial the Cookie Monster is impatiently waiting for the cookies he's baking to be done, but there are two full cookie jars, one bag, and one box of cookies on the counter behind him. Even if the bag and the box are actually empty, the jars are full. He could eat those while he's waiting. Wouldn't it have made more sense to show empty cookie jars or an empty box?

I actually like the commercial but noticed that when I saw it the other day.
