I know. That's my point. Briggs has to say something. Somebody drove the car. Briggs gave his keys to somebody if it wasn't stolen or he wasn't the driver. So he has to give up a friend. Be it legit or not. If it wasn't stolen, he can't say "I don't know". Get it? That's what I'm saying. It should be solved by now.

I've pulled this 3 times..not in many years, the police can't do dick..sure they know Briggs was drinking and driving and wrecked his ride..its not about what you know, its what you can prove.
