ITs a shame there isn't a blog that would rate all these.

I still say the best fast food breakfast you can get is from White Castle.

As far as I know its the only fast food place that, when you order a bacon egg and cheese, actually cracks an egg and cooks it to order on the griddle.

Yes, sir. I just wish they had other bread options than their buns. Besides that, solid sandwiches.

They do, you can get it on toast. Not as good as an english muffin, but still better than the slider bun.

one time they gave me my sandwiches on toast instead of the slider bun...ruined everything, it completely throws off the bread to filling ratio

Personally I like the taste of that sandwich on toast rather than a bun, but yea, you definitely end up with too much bread with the toast. But, not a deal breaker for me by any stretch.

It's a shame, but not surprising, that you do not have a life.

there used to be two Billy Goat Taverns in the loop. One of those steak and egg breakfasts (plus hash browns & toast butter AND jelly) was so damn good, for like $7.00. DAmn, I miss those.

For the life of me I don't understand why anyone would choose sausage when bacon is an option.

Bacon can never be the main 'meat' in a sandwich.

I get both when possible.

McDonald's bacon is pretty crappy. I tend to go with a Sausage McMuffin no egg and a medium iced coffee with just 1 creamer added. Less than 500 calories for $2+tax.

Then again, I have to have an angiogram done in two weeks, so perhaps my lifestyle choices shouldn't be followed by others.....

I'm looking forward to demolishing two or three Hardee's biscuits a week from tomorrow.
