Why is Lerry Holmes, as well as the rest of the Score so smug?

Very random question. Can you site examples?

My answer would probably be because they feel like the have achieved greatness that others won't.

The board was better when people didn't respond to mult accounts made by people at the Score.

Leery is such a prime example of the downfall of the Score Frat.

The cool older guys who made the place are all gone and the losers who sucked up to them and got coffee and donuts now work the mics.

Not 1 of them earned the right to be on air because they are just good to listen to, they somehow got goodie points by "producing shows" and "getting good" at talking.

in conclusion, the word PERSONALITY no longer exists at that place. They are all just sucking each other off. There was that one day about 6 months ago that Spiegs almost led the revolution, but at the last second put down his sword and jumped off his horse and fell back in line.

If I am Nick Shepkowski, I start interviewing for other gigs in other fields, see what can be had and then I make the choice, do I stick with this shit of getting snacks for Goff or do I go out in a blaze of glory and go work for AIR BNB?

Dont think many of those times existed...so yeah that's it.

And it wasn't about bowing to Bernstein , it was about keeping his job.

It's a fight that needs a plan...and that place needs a new leader.

Bernstein became a leader by default. He cared about what happened more than anyone, then became roomies with the 7 year senior and the rest is history.

Spiegs did a poor job of planning a revolution.

Oh, man, that whole thing where Goff warned Spiegel not to blame the Score's bad publicity on Dan and then didn't, that was painful.

Can you really have a revolution, which a bunch of guys who are below average? I mean, if a couple were good at their jobs, I would agree.

Remember that time Sir was going to leave the station in protest over Bernstein tweeting about boobs?

Leery derives his entire sense of meaning from having worked at the Score for a long time. He'll never leave.

My guess, would be the $$$. Where else is he going to get paid $500,000 a year, to be creepy, weird, a nerd, and just plain terrible at being a host?

Makes it easier to lead.

Had hope for Jason, but he fell right in line as well.

The disdain some of these guys have for North, Murph and Mac is really amazing. Those guys made the place what it is and these twats have destroyed it.

He made a VERY. SERIOUS. SPEECH. about how terrible it is that women are regarded with such little respect, etc., and then Beardown or someone posted YouTube clips of him joining in with Bernstein talking about Megan Glaros' boobs and other women who would "get it."

He's such a weaselly little phony....balck Eddie Haskell.

that monologue into his show was so self serving. it was like he was trying to convince a girl to let him out of the friend zone because of how great a guy he is.

i picture him with free mic in hand, staring out the window at the skyline, lamenting at the pride lost for his beloved radio station. totally hamming it up. ugh. the guy reeks of sniveling, conniving and fake

Check the threads in the B&B forum from the time Boobgate happened. It's got to be in one of those.

Do they podcast Larry's shows? There was a caller around 9:50 last night. An old lady. They let her go on and on, and it was pretty damn funny.

Here you go. Start around 30:20.
