Why not just toss the people a bone and make Super Bowl wagering legal.

1. Fuck the NFL, with stating the name SUPER BOWL is now Public Domain. Sorry, you got too fucking big , like Aspirin and Kleenex!
2. You can take up to a $100 charitable deduction on your taxes and all wagers need to benefit a 5 year established 501 c, with no less than 10% of the proceeds going to the charity.
3. Super Bowl will now be played on Saturday!!!!!!!

In exchange, the NFL will be given a lifetime hold harmless on all CTE liability from this point on.
