I read an email that people consume over 6000 cals on Superbowl Sunday. You guys close to that?

Half a way over salted pretzel at the State Farm Center with a dip of cheese. Sip of Coca Cola. Iowa wins. Good bite.

That is probably including alcohol. It is relatively easy to consume 1000-2000 calories in beer/liquor in a fairly short amount of time.

I made some little smokies wrapped in maple bacon for my sister's party. They were excellent. My hands still smell of the maple bacon which is making me hungry.

I also made a chili queso dip. That recipe is kind of a work in progress. It's impossible to mess it up when it is basically just opening a few cans but I'm looking for perfection. I will need to work on my ratios and temperatures.

I did more work for that party than my sister. I walked in with my creations and she said something like "this is great. Why did you bring all this stuff". I don't pull punches with her. I told her "I had no confidence you would have any food at this thing besides a pizza that you ordered."

Congratulations on shaming your sister.

Oh, and it's OK to wash your hands now.

No. I only had a small plate for dinner, and I didn't go crazy drinking.
