Damn, you're right.

If I win, you're required to come to 2 board outings between October 2016 and September 2017 while wearing a Rizzo shirsey.
I'll wear my Cubs shirt to the next one I go to if you win. If I win, you have to eat a well done steak.

imu, if rizzo stinks i believe leash probably hook you up with the chef's table at outback. ya can't lose

Woah. Woah. You aren't even committing to showing up, and it might be something classy like an Ernie Banks shirt. That doesn't count. My "loss" seems like it should just be "eat a steak any way you want it" in that scenario.

I feel like it needs to be a Rizzo shirsey or like...

I'm not really in control any more. My social life is pretty much over.

I'd love for KD to come back. We need a woman's perspective.

I love KD. This was a joke.

He has infinity more post season and NLCS hits than Abreu. I wonder if Abreu will ever catch him in those stats?

Arrieta, Rizzo and Maddon are Michael, Scottie and Jackson.

2015 = 1989-90

Yes, they have proven to be more adept at avoiding the post season.

I don't think post season failure is the fault of them. It is the bad free agent signings.

As for the White Sox, they just aren't very good.

Oh, so the post season success or lackthereof is not on one single player, so your Rizzo post was silly?

As my old friend BabyMcNown used to say "Thanks for playing"

Now. Would you care to tell us how you not being right wing has anything to do with me telling you to try being funny? Or are you gonna keep up your usual Darko routine?

How could that be when Abreu gets on at a higher clip?

Abreu .383, .347
Rizzo: .386, .387

ff, abreu could be possibly better at this point of time given we're only working with 2 years of performance. i'm biased to think rizzo is better.

what is not a unknown is the answer to why this thread was created.

It's convenient to leave out the part of his career when Rizzo didn't get on as if it doesn't count.

We're talking about what the players are now, not who had the better career. Do you think it is more predictive for the 2016 season to look at Rizzo's most recent two years (age 24 and 25) for how he will produce in his age 26 season or do you prefer to look at his age 21-23 seasons when he likely wasn't fully developed as a player and arguably not ready for MLB (certainly his age 21 season, and likely his age 22 season as well) that were 3+ years in the past?

So no, it is logical to look at the seasons that are going to be the best predictor of what is going to occur in 2016.

JOOR is the guy who will give you shitty investment advice and tell you that Apple stock sucks because even though they sold a lot of iPhones in 2015, in 1995 they didn't sell any...
