I don't get having Coke Zero, which sucks, with ice cream. Defend that terrible choice, JP.

Coke Zero is awesome! Reducing a Black Cow by 150 calories is nothing to scoff at.

I bet Cherry Coke Zero would make a sweet soda!

I'm in the process of doing so after 35 years of drinking sugar-free soft drinks. I am down to 2 days/week right now, although I still order club soda with lime on the airplane or at an event where drinking booze isn't a good option.

Nah, I will just assume this is like his porn as I dont think he allowed to eat all the stuff he posts about...due to that whole death thing...not that he doesnt indulge every once in a while, but I think he just loves talking about it....

I like brewing iced tea with some spearmint herbal tea thrown in with the plain old black tea. Refreshing without tasting medicinal.

I used to drink a coke with meals which would amount to 2 a day. Gave it up when I did a 30 day cleanse in October. Lost a bunch of weight. Now that I'm off the diet I haven't gained it back and I think that getting rid of those two cokes per day is the main reason. All that unneeded sugar no longer in my body.

I never liked diet soda, but I've heard its also very bad for you.

Now I just drink water.

Plus I feel like I can have a dessert now and its not just piling on more sugar on top of more sugar.
