I noticed that Mike took a strong and completely opposite stance to that of B&B concerning both the Bear/FBI thing, as well as the Orton vs Grossman stuff.

There are also just little things like Mike talking about B&B not inviting him onto their show.

And then there's the "Maybe Mike North knows" which was hilarious when she first said it, and is hilarious every time I hear it. But it also seems like there is just a little more intention on B&B's part to continue with it.

But one thing I know, if there is any truth to any of that specualtion, then I will say that those 3 imploding, would be the LAST thing the station needs.

I hate to say it, but I agree there too. It's their show, if they'd like to extend an invitation that's one thing, and I didn't think Mike should've "put them on the spot" like he did over it.

I really don't necessarily get the whole CD thing. It's fine for what it should've been, just a "cute" little CD that Mike could've sold on NorthtoNorth, but it's incredibly odd how much plug it gets.

I also think Mike is a little bit crazy to think that Mancow and Johnny B and whoever else he mentioned would actually have him on their shows to plug his CD. That's just not really comprehensible to me. (Sorry Mike, but I just don't understand it)
Maybe if it was all music, that might be one thing, but it's mostly interviews, which I can only imagine all happened at WSCR. So why would a competitor ...........*shakes head in utter disbelief*

But it was cool of Mike to bring those guys up, and say he didn't have problems with any of them, and to go on to say that he doesn't get into that whole bashing the competition stuff. He was generally complimentary. (of course maybe it was still just to get on their shows)

On the other hand, if the B&B thing was a plant - a start of some ratings snatching "fued" between North and B&B - then it could actually be brilliant.
But I'm not leaning that way

The amount of time allocated to North promotion of one kind or another on the daily Score is unbelievable. While listening much less, it seems that whenever flipping over the name is being mentioned. I understand the desperation to try to increase ratings, but doesn't management realize by this time that it ain't going to happen? Everyone is absolutely justified in making fun of this ridiculous situation. Hopefully, it will continue in a less subtle fashion.
