I love it. Poor Bo.

Just remember, he didn't quit on his team.

On another note, Tom Crean really did a great job of in-season coaching. I don't know how he finally got Indiana to play defense but he did.

Another piece of evidence that it is a man's world.

Before this season I was fully in support of so many who wanted Crean gone. But he really did do a great job this year. No one expected IU to be that good and win the regular season championship.

Couple great games last night. Iona vs Monmouth was fantastic, two teams that really hate each other. I could see both making noise in the tournament.

Followed that up with a fantastic Horizon league semi between Green Bay and Valpo. GB won in OT after choking away a victory in the last couple seconds of regulation. Haven't seen a guy left that wide open for a buzzer beating layup since Ray Meyer was "coaching" DePaul vs St. Joe's.

This is gonna be a great year for brackets. This has to be the most wide open the tournament has been in a very long time. There really isn't a single dominant team out there. Kansas, MSU, Villanova and Virginia are playing well at the right time, but there are some pretty scary teams outside the top 5 in West Virginia and Indiana lurking around 10.

Xavier looked great beating Villanova a couple weeks ago, but then followed that up with a loss at home to Seton Hall and then nearly blew a 18 point lead in the final 4 minutes vs Creighton last week.

Oklahoma has great guards, but I don't think Buddy Hield is as great as he looks. I've seen him have a lot of trouble creating his own shot vs a tough man defender.

Haven't seen Oregon or Cal play this year, gonna have to get a look at them over the weekend if possible.

UNC is kinda meh to me.

I haven't been impressed with any one else.

If I had to rank teams with chances of winning it all I'd probably go like this..

Tier 1: Kansas, MSU
Tier 2: Nova, WVA, Virgina, Indiana, Xavier

Seton Hall playing their way out of 7-10 hell, should end up a 5 seed, if they win tomorrow.

Khadeen Carrington's on fahr.

If the first couple days of the tournament are even half as exciting as the action today it will be a great weekend.

Michigan buzzer beater to beat Indiana
4OT thriller with UCONN needing a 3/4 shot at the buzzer to tie it in the 3rd OT then go on to win it.
West Virginia completely shutting down Buddy Hield only to see him make an amazing half court buzzer beater, that came up a .1 of second too late.

Not to mention some other great games today, Villanova vs Providence, Seton Hall over Xavier, Baylor almost coming back on Kansas. ACC sucked and Big10 did too other than the Michigan game

Gonna settle in for Washington vs Cal.

Terrible last minute of the game by Purdue. A horrible 3 taken and then they get the missed free throw and they do not get a quality shot and their best player jogs down the floor.

not only did Hammond jog down the floor, but the rebound came to the exact spot he would've been for an easy put back layup had he hustled. Pathetic.
