I do love that the NFL markets eveything. I know its obnoxious and I would love to see less commercials, but they are the kings of media, and you must all bow down to them.

The Schedule release date has usually been a bigger deal for me, but have been really bummed for years. No New Orleans trips, TB in September (give me November), Give me an at AZ!

They had an at Miami and an at TB the next week, we rented to mustang convertible and I 75d it across FLA, up the Coast...Its Tampa, you zip in, you zip out! 4 hr drive, we made it in 7 hrs! Had to stop for stuff!

In a perfect world, instead of a home game, it would have been an early December @TEN and coincided with a Blackhawks road game at Nashville the night before.

I suppose they have three shots at it. In addition to the detroit or dallas possibility I recall reading that last year's Bears/Pack was the highest rated Thanksgiving night game ever and as a result it would not be a stretch to see this happen on an annual basis.

The Bears don't play there unless they get a preseason game, but is anyone thinking of going to the L.A. Coliseum to see some NFL action in a 90-year-old stadium? Plenty of seats, I'm sure.

That happened four years ago. And as I recall there was discussion on this board about all the visitors from Chicago drinking Nashville out of beer that weekend :lol:
