I've stated many times that Stone is pretty much the only thing that I tune into the Score for. This means I can put WIND on my memory button 1 now. Whoopie!

Everyone at WSCR got the news yesterday so it's not a secret, but I'm sure they're not advertising the fact they lost Stoney. Stone left the Score FYI, he wasn't let go. This means Stone might be an announcer for one of the Chicago teams, or he might be involved in the new Cubs ownership.

Funny. I actually believe you. Stony probably changed his mind at the last minute.

Welcome aboard. Nice to have another Score insider. What are you? Sales department? Intern? Or producer?

I'll bet Mitch sweetened the deal at the last hour saying he could do Friday Sox home games. He doesn't have to travel, it's limited work, and he loves to do games. He lives in Chicago during the Summer anyway.

Mitch only offered the Sox gig if he continued to do shows with the Score hosts.

Pretty good of me to figure that out. I'm great. LOL.

He must have gotton that email. Because he brought up Stone yesterday and it was announced he's returning today. That can't be a coincidence. Stone must have changed his mind after Mitch threw in a handful of Sox games.

Stone needs the exposure. Not many people are stupid enough to quit a $500,000 a year job and then find no one wants him full time. LOL!! He still sucks.

There is no way he makes 500k for working at the Score during the baseball season.

He does 2 hours with B&B. One hour with Murph and a segment with Pappy. That can't be worth 500k to the Score. No way they make that up in ad revenue.

He's basically on the air at the Score for 3.5 hours a week. Baseball season is 6 months. He's not making 500k. I don't think he made 500k doing 145 Cubs games.
