In return of the Jedi, Luke asks Leia about her mom and she describes her but her mom died during child birth.

I think he only had the top part of the poster taped to the wall. There was the scene where they showed him with the bottom part of the poster draped on him. That said, I think the warden did rip it off as if it was fully taped to the wall.

Leia was remember her mother, Bail Organa's wife, not Natalie Portman's character.

At the end of the 'Soup Nazi' episode, Newman and Jerry run into each other in the street. Newman is distraught, and tells Jerry that the Soup Nazi is giving away all the soup, and Newman is in a rush to get a container. Jerry and Newman run in opposite directions to gather soup containers, but they live in the same building.

End of Days.
Arnold tries to work himself into committing suicide. Literally an hour later, he is shot protecting a client.
Yet he wore his bullet proof vest.
Why would he wear a vest if he wanted to die?

TNG finale - Picard is jumping into 3 different time periods, but realized as the old guy that what he did caused the anti-time anomaly and tells them to go back to see it but it shouldn't be there because, from the moment he creates it, you should only be able to see it in the past.

Terminator 2

Why would it take 10 minutes longer for the cops, fire department, paramedics et all to arrive than to evacuate the entire plant when a giant truck smashes in the front of the plant and causes a major industrial accident?

Watch the Chocolate Bobka episode and concentrate on the black and white cookie. It will blow your mind. Although I suppose that is more of a continuity error than a plot hole.

Kramer's apartment -- we see in it very clearly in many episodes, and it is apartment sized, yet when the Merv Griffin set is rolled in, he somehow has this giant room to hold the entire set.

How can New York City be rife with doubters in Ghostbusters 2? Did they not see the immense marshmallow man mucking about Manhattan?

Speaking of Manhattan, Veidt's attempt at decieving Dr. Manhattan is implausible on many levels. Still, an outstanding movie.

West Side Story, in the middle of Spanish Harlem, someone yells, "Maria!" and only one broad responds.

Humans are a shitty, shitty, shitty "battery" as they are apparently tasked to be in the Matrix ... which isn't the Wachow ... Wacho ... the tranny siblings' fault ... they (we?) were supposed to originally be a vast neural network, not a source of energy, but that was deemed too difficult for people to comprehend by people who don't know what they're talking about in the first place.

'Only a Sith deals in absolutes' is a pretty absolutist statement.

He tunneled through a six foot concrete wall with a spoon, Spaulding. I have no trouble believing he could figure out a way to reattach the poster from the other side.

As far as matrix goes... why didn't the the machines just use fission? I mean didn't they have our (currently 70 year old) technology another 100 or so years in the future? Shit we got nuclear reactors on subs... and aircraft carriers... how many humans could one of them replace?

Are you saying Lewis raped Betty?

Here's an interesting take on that sort of thing:

I don't think I've ever paid close enough attention to a movie to notice a plot hole.

The Replacements where the field position changes randomly throughout the movie.

Sounds like continuity error and not a plot hole per se.

Every Rocky movie. I have never seen a boxing match where 90% of the punches land.

That's not a plot hole. It's because Rocky is a piece of iron.

That movie is full of holes

Lile in the beginning when the automatic dog food thing drops a can of food onto an already full dish... They had the technology then to know if the dish was full or not but it wasnt included with the "high tech" contraption.

Signs.
The aliens are defeated by water. Yet they invade a planet that is 2/3rd covered with a deadly corrosive poison to them. Not to mention, the amount of water in the air alone is staggering. I mean there are gallons and gallons of water in the room I'm sitting in. The invasion and occupation of a city would more or less end once it rains.

Wasn't it supposed to be just a hit and run type thing though? A harvesting of humans but some aliens got left behind?

They never really said why there were here... just speculation that there were here for the resources. Which reminds me... that's a terrible plot element too. Our resources? There are a lot more resources out there in asteroids and comets that don't involve war to recover.

Maybe they were Predator like and enjoyed the challenge that humans would pose?

I think it's a pretty good flick so maybe I go out of my way to defend it though.
