Who's been better than Slauson? Kyle Long? Long isn't bad but he's pretty damn overrated. Slauson has been the Bears best OL since he got here.

Im with you, no idea what he did to deserve this.

It would be embarrassing to Pace if Slausson beat out both his second round draft pick and the two free agents he signed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Slausson asked to be released with all of that writing on the wall.

Kreutz was on this morning and said it was due to the veterans they already had signed. He thought it would be uncomfortable to have those players that they want to play be ahead of a vet like Slauson so they dropped him. He did not think Whitehead starts right away unless he blows away everyone at camp.
