I am a junk food addict. I can't stop,it's been a way of life for so long with my old work schedule (working nights) which causes bad sleeping habits too. It all adds up to what happened to me.

There aren't any unless you go to a sandwich place. Even then, they're usually loaded with garbage. I like little, local delis if I can find them. There's a little deli at my work where I can get a decent chicken salad sandwich on wheat.
