Type that in all caps, and you sound a lot like someone I know.

I'm surprised you had time to respond to my post since you have to think and respond for FavreFan all the time too.

Noah is done, been injured every year of his career and be lucky to get 50 games out of him next year..someone will fuck up n pay him..it won't be Minnesota.. He'd look good as the 7th or 8th man on golden state.

I agree he's a corpse now, but for 15-20 a game he could really help Minny. No disrespect, but idk if you really know how loaded with young legit talent Minny is everywhere on their roster. They only need a couple pieces to make a huge step next year.

What else do you get besides this year's #5? It's not like there's a great deal of potential for them to suck much longer. Towns & the #5 wouldn't be bad. I mean, it's all academic for next year anyway. Now I'm thinking about this crapfest and it's depressing ... thanks, jerks.

 Butler and the next two Bulls first round picks isn't getting you Towns. He's borderline untouchable.

I'd ask for something like LaVine, Dieng, the #5 and a future pick for Butler/Noah.

This is actually a solid proposal.

Up here in ND, I've seen a lot of T'Wolves games the last 3 years. They remind me of those young Bulls teams in the early 2000's taking baby steps each season, only far more talented. Thibs is the perfect coach for these guys.

I'm aware.. I'll be buying TWolves gear this winter..that's my new team til Paxson is fired. I'm not a fan of Rubio though..they can do better but I agree they are close..not as close as Boston.. Boston is in the weak East and has a great coach too ..and a GREAT G.M. and tons of picks socked away.

I'm with you man. Rubio is the weak link on the team. He hasn't improved since his 2nd year, and may have regressed last season.

I'm high on Boston too, but they have to execute a great offseason for me to hop on that bandwagon.

That's what I'm saying too. It's just the season by season growth of a young team which is similar to me.

Thibs loves Dieng. He wanted GarPax to draft him. He isn't going anywhere.

I don't see the T'Wolves moving Dieng either. Maybe Pekovic, LaVine, the #5, and a future 2nd rounder for Butler, and a throw in player or 2nd rounder.

do you trust GarPax to do anything right? The two worst organizations in Chicago are owned by Jerry

I find it strange that we are discussing a league where most seem to think the fifth overall draft is crap.

Paxson is a meathead, he will get raped if he deals with Ainge. I don't trust him or Gar. .

It's not crap. It's a valuable pick. Butler is a legitimate All Star, and one of the best guards in the league.

It's crap this year. No way they trade Butler to Minnesota UNLESS Thibs overpays.

OK it just seemed as if in recent years and especially this one the picks after the first couple no one was crazy about. I would have thought getting a fifth overall and anything else would be a good deal for Butler and getting rid of his contract.

Nah, Jimmy Butler is an awesome player. His contract isn't a liability.

In two years, Butler will have the most favorable contract of any high level NBA player.

He can opt out after his fourth year.

In two years from now, he will be in his third year.

http://nba.nbcsports.com/2016/06/14/report-bulls-wont-trade-jimmy-butler-to-timberwolves-without-getting-andrew-wiggins/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs&yptr=yahoo

To me asking for Wiggins shows the Bulls aren't serious about moving Butler. Wiggins is light years ahead of Butler's development at 21 years old. Wiggins can still be molded into a top tier defender, and while Butler is maybe the 3rd or 4th best shooting guard in the league I'm pretty sure he is at or very close to his ceiling.

The T'Wolves have a monster size hole on their roster when it comes to 3 point shooting. I just don't think Butler improves their biggest weakness when he shot 31% from 3 last year. ImO he's not worth the #5 pick AND one of the top young players in the game.
